Full Day Wedding Experience

For Up to 350 Guests

The Crooked Willow wedding experience includes 14 hours at our private grounds, upscale wedding preparation suites, timeless photos across 17 acres of lush greenery, service team, and upgraded wedding amenities.

Hours | 10:00am – 12:00am


Full Day Wedding Experience includes:

  • Exclusive, private use of the venue from 10am-Midnight
  • Exclusive access to the over 7,000 sq. ft. of climate controlled indoor space and over 17 acres outdoors
  • 2 preparation suites – fully climate-controlled (Trapper’s Lodge & Carriage House)
  • 1 level climate-controlled event space (Event Center)
  • Indoor and outdoor ceremony locations
  • Indoor, climate-controlled, ADA compliant restrooms
  • Large parking lot provides plenty of room for guest parking
  • Golf cart available for guests needing assistance
  • Tables and chairs for up to 350 guests
  • Crooked Willow team members onsite throughout the day/evening
  • ​​​​Barn access throughout the day for family pictures and gathering with a private bar for wedding party social hour away from guests
  • ​​Beautiful landscapes and amazing backdrops for photos that will last a lifetime
  • ​​High quality seating and tables – white padded resin chairs for the ceremony and rustic wood X-back chairs with 60″ round tables for your wedding reception – all set up to your specifications
  • ​​​​Large bar – bartenders included ​(NO Minimums!)
  • ​​Caterer’s prep area – private area for caterers to work, without interrupting your guests!
  • ​​No hidden fees (There are no additional Crooked Willow service fees or taxes. A $500 refundable damage deposit and event insurance policy is required.)


*A $2,000 non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of booking to reserve your date. Payments thereafter will be due 30 days prior to your wedding date.

Friday Two-Day Wedding Experience

For Up to 350 Guests

This two-day, Friday wedding experience includes 14 hours at our private grounds, upscale wedding preparation suites, timeless photos across 17 acres of lush greenery, service team, and upgraded wedding amenities. Additionally, this package includes rehearsal, rehearsal dinner in the barn, & time to decorate on Thursday, the night prior, from 5-9pm.

  • Rehearsal, rehearsal dinner in the barn, and time to decorate on Thursday, the night prior, from 5-9pm.
  • Exclusive, private use of the venue on Friday from 10am-Midnight

Micro-Wedding Package

For Up to 50 Guests

Up to 50 guests, 4 hours onsite included. Monday-Thursday dates only.

If you are hesitant to have a big ‘traditional’ wedding, but still want the perfect moment to celebrate your love, then the Crooked Willow elopement and micro wedding packages are perfect for you! Get the best of both worlds – micro-weddings are perfect for couples who want to get married on a unique date or those who want to celebrate with their closest friends and family OR couples seeking something different!


Micro-Wedding Package includes:

  • Ceremony outdoors or indoors in the lower level of our unique barn
  • Social hour for guests in upper level of barn
  • Reception in the upper or lower level of the barn
  • Tables and chairs for up to 50 guests
  • Set-up and tear-down of tables and chairs
  • Onsite parking
  • Custom bar in upper level of barn
  • Climate-controlled event space & restrooms
  • 4 hours on site
  • Options for upgrades including bridal suite, extra event time, bar services

Get a taste of the Crooked Willow experience when you and your partner elope with us! Exchange vows at your ceremony site of choice on our 17-acre property that includes a bridge overlooking the pond with a spray fountain, mature trees, or indoors in one of our unique spaces.

We offer three levels of our Elopement Package to accommodate up to 25 guests.
