VIP guests, however, get an early start. Entry opens one hour before general admission, giving VIPs first access to vendors, more time for one-on-one conversations, and a relaxed, personal experience before the crowds arrive.
🍸 Private VIP Social Hour
Begin the VIP experience with a private social hour in the Barn. Sip signature drinks, enjoy tasty snacks, and meet Crooked Willow’s hand-selected VIP vendors. Ask questions, gather insider tips, and connect with wedding experts in a fun, relaxed setting—before the main show even starts.
💍 The VIP Wedding 101 Panel
This is the best part of the VIP Experience. Arrive two hours before general admission guests for an exclusive VIP Social Hour in the Barn. The space feels cozy, lively, and full of energy. Mingle with the vendors featured on the Wedding 101 Panel and start building real connections.
These experts are some of the best in the business—florists, planners, photographers, and more. They’re ready to share insider advice and answer the biggest wedding questions.
After the social hour, settle in for the Wedding 101 Panel hosted by Dave Harmon of Harmon Entertainment. He’s one of Minnesota and North Dakota’s top-rated wedding entertainers. With hundreds of weddings behind him, Dave brings energy, laughter, and plenty of “why didn’t I think of that?” moments.
